Pillow Talk is an informal process group designed engage students in intimate discussions that explore personal resilience, core principles and values.
Students will have the opportunity to engage with peers while giving and receiving emotional support, learning emotional regulation skills, strengthening social skills and exploring diversity of thought. Students will also have the opportunity to express themselves in a safe environment that models compassion for self and others.
Pillow talk is an open forum available to all currently enrolled students. Signing up for this event is not required!
