Ever wanted to know what makes you tic? Do you want to find out why we behave the way we do? Do you want a way to deal with tough situations? Do you want to know a way to make lasting changes in your life? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT was invented by Aaron Beck in the early 1960’s. He developed a treatment to help people to understand how their thought patterns could be changed to help them to feel less depressed and anxious. In this workshop participants will learn the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and actions. Practical examples will be illustrated and discussed in this workshop.
