Barbara Miller-Williams currently serves as the 1st District Erie County Legislator. She was the first African American Woman to serve as Chairperson of the Erie County Legislature. She is a former Ellicott District Councilmember and continues to serve as an advocate with a passionate voice for the revival of Buffalo.
Legislator Miller-Williams is honored to have served our Country as a Master Sergeant/Equal Opportunity Advisor in the United States Army Reserve where she retired in 2016. She is also a former Buffalo Police Officer (Retired) serving the Community for over 29 years.
