Gilman Scholarship workshops give an overview of the scholarship program. To be eligible for the Gilman, students must receive the Pell Grant as part of their financial aid, be a US citizen, and be traveling to a country that does NOT have a Travel Warning of a 3 or 4 according to the US State Department.
