 sault Awareness Month?\n\nFRIES is a simple\, memorable model created by P
 lanned Parenthood to explain healthy\, affirmative consent. It stands for:
 \n\nF — Freely Given\nConsent must be given without pressure\, manipulat
 ion\, or fear.\n\nR — Reversible\nAnyone can change their mind at any ti
 me\, even if they’ve said yes before.\n\nI — Informed\nAll people invo
 lved must have accurate information to say yes (e.g.\, no lying about prot
 ection).\n\nE — Enthusiastic\nConsent should feel genuinely positive—n
 ot reluctant\, unsure\, or passive.\n\nS — Specific\nSaying yes to one t
 hing doesn’t mean yes to everything.\n\nWhy Affirmative Consent Matters 
 — and How FRIES Helps\n\nAffirmative consent is important because it ens
 ures everyone involved is actively choosing to participate. It’s about c
 lear\, respectful communication that protects personal boundaries and help
 s prevent harm. The FRIES model—Freely given\, Reversible\, Informed\, E
